Well, my friend, as you can probably guess by now - there really is a right way (and a wrong way) to stretch. Whether it is static stretching, active stretching, or hitting the foam roller for myofascial release, I believe stretching to be NECESSARY in order to avoid injuries and correct muscle imbalances.
